Evteev Advisory

Why independent

Most strategic advice in biopharma comes bundled with something else — a bank pitching an eventual transaction, a CRO pitching the next study, a consultancy pitching a bigger engagement. Evteev Advisory doesn't sell any of those things. It exists to do one thing well: look closely at a program, a portfolio, or a regulatory question, and say plainly what the evidence actually supports.

What the firm does

The work centers on three connected questions that recur across biopharma and biotech, regardless of therapeutic area: how a company should position and sequence its growth, how a regulatory strategy holds up against FDA, EMA, PMDA, and HSA scrutiny, and whether a portfolio's risk is actually understood before capital is committed to it. In practice, that means:

  • Strategic Growth & Positioning — helping founders and institutions define where a program or portfolio sits in its competitive landscape.
  • Regulatory Advisory — strategy across major global markets, built around how each authority actually weighs evidence.
  • Portfolio Stress-Testing — structured analysis of clinical trial failure patterns, modality risk, and therapeutic alignment.

Two products of that thinking

That same interest in structure and workflow led to Clinstrux and Clinby — a clinical decision-support platform and community built for clinical pharmacists, the people closest to where these questions actually play out day to day.

Founder, Evteev Advisory

Mikhail founded Evteev Advisory to bring structured, systems-level thinking into biopharma strategy — treating clinical and regulatory failure as a pattern worth studying, not a cost of doing business.

His work looks at how regulatory frameworks, capital allocation, and clinical outcomes interact, and where the gaps between them create risk for sponsors, investors, and ultimately the patients waiting on a program's results — advising growth-stage companies and healthcare-focused investors across the U.S., European, and Asia-Pacific regulatory landscapes.

Outside of advisory work, he is the founder of Clinstrux and Clinby.
